86.400.000- Quality issues in painted bodies can occur at any step in the paint shop. But finding the cause seems impossible when there are more than 57,800 possible combinations: the different paint colors, the components and the body types. On top of that, 86.4 million sensor values have to be analyzed every day, while the workpieces pass through 100 process steps. It is simply impossible to check each of these combinations and process data for quality problems. Thanks to the AI-supported software DXQplant.analytics, the development of the quality status can be analyzed and graphically displayed.
