EcoProFleet: at walking pace towards new dimensions of flexibility

 

Almost miraculously, Dürr's first automated guided vehicle (AGV) especially developed for paint shops makes its way through the paint shop of the future. However, there is no magic behind it, but the most innovative technology. Slowly but steadily - and thanks to sophisticated DXQ software at all times with the highest precision - it transports small as well as large car bodies to their destination and ensures an optimally controlled material flow and high scalability of paint shops.     The EcoDryScrubber separates paint overspray using finely ground limestone powder and highly efficient HEPA12 filters in just a single filter stage. The paint mist, which flows with the process air from the spray booth into the filter modules, is bound in the limestone powder.
