Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)

LogiMAT – Experience the logistics of tomorrow live

Dürr presented ProFleet AGV portfolio

From March 24 to 26, 2026, Dürr exhibited alongside Synaos, Wiferion, Kuka, and Aumovio at LogiMAT in Stuttgart, Europe’s leading trade fair for intralogistics. The new ProFleet AGV design made its debut in the Interoperability Arena, which spans over 600 m²—and visitors were able to experience it live.

The Interoperability Arena is the largest showcase for mobile robotics and a collaborative concept that demonstrates how various automated guided vehicles (AGVs) intelligently network with other systems, coordinate, and operate in perfect harmony. Among other things, visitors could see intersecting routes, loading and unloading processes, and the integration of manual vehicles into automated traffic flows. At interactive terminals, visitors could initiate transport orders themselves and witness their execution in real time.

Dürr has been successfully deploying its AGVs in automotive production paint shops and final assembly lines since 2017. The LogiMAT trade show provided the ideal platform to showcase the powerful and versatile ProFleet AGVs for the entire intralogistics process. The ProFleet AGVs stand out because they integrate seamlessly into existing logistics environments and ensure smooth operations even in areas shared with other participants. In intralogistics, the AGVs provide scalability and flexibility. The number of AGVs is tailored to individual needs, and transport routes can be easily adjusted in the event of changes to the process or layout.

Dürr’s broad ProFleet portfolio caters to a wide variety of customer needs. Additionally, thanks to its modular architecture, each ProFleet can be customized to meet specific operational requirements. The ProFleet 800 was on display in action at LogiMAT. The ProFleet 800 is a highly maneuverable and compact driverless transport vehicle; thanks to its precise turning on the spot, it is particularly well-suited for transport routes in confined spaces. This AGV can be effortlessly integrated into existing systems.
